The Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre is situated a few miles away from the town of Sandakan.  In order to get there we needed to take a very early morning flight which lasted about 30 minutes.  After we arrived at the sanctuary we were given a brief presentation about all the work that goes on there, before walking into the jungle to see the Orangutans being fed.  Only Two Orangutans appeared for the feeding and because of the lens on my camera I could not take many good photographs of tem which was a same, but I did get a few of a Macaque monkey and its baby which can be seen below.
