Las
Vegas was the final stop of our round-the-world honeymoon and for the
months prior to the trip I had kept it a complete secret from Sarah who
thought that Los Angeles would be the last place we would be at. My
big plan about keeping it a secret though ended when we were in Sydney
when the lady behind the check in desk started talking about how everyone
should go to Vegas at some point in there lives and hoped we had a good
time there.
This was our second time in Vegas and this time we stayed in the
Bellagio Hotel (the one with the lake outside) and we had the Bellagio
Suite room which overlooked the lake and had three (yes three!) bathrooms,
one with a Jacuzzi and another with a steam room.
I have to admit that this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed
at, not just for the room but for the whole atmosphere, the buffet was one
of the best I have ever been to and the glass flowers on the ceiling of
the reception area was amazing.
We only has three days here before heading back for home so tried to
fit in as much as possible, highlights include seeing Cirque du Soleil's
Ka and driving down the "Strip" in our convertible.
