We had such a great surprise this year when we went to check in at Manchester Airport, we had been upgraded to First Class (or Upper Class as Virgin calls it).  The seats were great and you could even fold them out flat so you had a complete bed.  At Orlando International Airport you take a monorail to the main terminal before we got our hire car to drive to the hotel.
