Charlie Duke has flown in space once, as  Lunar Module Pilot aboard Apollo 16 when he became the tenth man to walk on the moon.  He has also authored the excellent book "Moonwalker".

I was able to meet Charlie when he appeared at the Astronaut Encounter section of Kennedy Space Centre during my trip to Florida in September 2001.
